Los resolutores Ema Terán Murillo, Claudia Domínguez Curiel y Carlos Martínez García, consideraron que las pruebas presentadas por los agentes del Ministerio Público Mario González y Alejandro Rodríguez, que llevaron el caso, no fueron suficientes para demostrar la culpabilidad de los acusados.
